1. No Refund on Delivered Chips
Once the chips are added to your account, they cannot be refunded. This is to keep the games fair and maintain trust in our system. So, please be sure before making a purchase.
2. Chips Not Delivered
If you bought chips but didn’t receive them because of a technical issue or other problem, don’t worry. Just contact our support team. Once we confirm your purchase, we’ll immediately add the chips to your account.
3. Getting a Refund
If we cannot deliver the chips you paid for, we’ll issue a full refund. Once your complaint is confirmed, the refund process will start, and you’ll receive your money back within 7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
